Introduction		Il-6 is a cytokine with a wide variety of biological functions: it plays an essential role in the final differentiation of b-cells into ig-secreting cells, it induces myeloma and plasmacytoma growth, it induces nerve cells differentiation, in hepatocytes it induces acute phase reactants.

Titer		By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.2 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig.

Solubility		Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Storage		In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4oC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20℃.

Usage		It is furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
